✨How should I clean my rhinestone accessories to keep them looking their best?
- Answer: Use a soft cloth or a Q-tip with very mild soapy water, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage the adhesive or stone finish.
✨Are the rhinestones securely attached?
- Answer: Yes, we use strong adhesive to ensure they stay in place, but gentle handling is recommended to prevent any loosening or stone damage.
✨What should I do if a rhinestone falls off? Can it be fixed?
- Answer: If a rhinestone comes loose, it can usually be reattached using a craft/permanent glue. You can reattach a fallen stone, or use one of the replacement stones that come with your purchase.
✨Will the rhinestones change color or lose their shine over time?
- Answer: Rhinestones themselves don't tarnish, but exposure to harsh chemicals or moisture can affect their appearance in the form of cracks or wear.
✨Can I wear these accessories in water or should I avoid getting them wet?
- Answer: It's best to minimize exposure to water to maintain the integrity of the adhesive that holds the rhinestones in place. Should you need to wash an item for any reason, handwashing is always recommend to best minimize wear on the adhesives used.
✨What glue should I use to reattach a rhinestone?
- Answer: For the best glue suggestion for your item to be please reach out to me directly by my contact form with your order number so I can confirm what item needs attention and give you personal suggestions.
✨Can I use my extra rhinestones for add some stones to something else?
- Answer: Absolutely! A word of caution however. Additional packs of rhinestones will be available as long as stock remains of that particular stone. Stones may eventually become unavailable so it's suggested you do keep a small number of stones available for replacements. Should you need any replacements please reach out to me to see if we have a replacement available.
✨Will you eventually sell rhinestones?
- Answer: That's complicated! I would eventually love to be able to offer all for sale all the tools and stones I use for my products, however due to logistics right now the sale of bulk or even small sale flatback rhinestones or tools will not be coming to Bright.
